major how many are coming for dinner?

4 people will be here for dinner dw,dd,ds and myself.. do major smoking every thanksgiving, christmas, new year.

2 turkeys and the 4 chickens we will cut the meat off and then put into freezer bags and freeze, all the bones we will freeze as well and make stock sometime when it's a wintery weekend....

Seen what they call smokers at the box stores crap they are made out of sheet metal ..
If you look around on craig list you can see them now and then
