Checkout our Bok Choy. We're having a wonderful crop this time. I felt guilty about not getting it mulched...but it did fabulous anyway!

A couple strips of bacon, diced.

A splash of chicken broth, maybe with some cornstarch stirred in.

And a sprinkle of sesame seeds . . :)

Mine look as though they are going to bolt. I guess I got them in too late. No problem. When they do that I just use stems, flowers and leaves together.

OooOOOooo, Thanks for all the cooking ideas. :)

We ate some tonight...stir-fried with garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper, squeeze of fresh lemon. OMG, Heaven...and actually a great side dish with grilled burgers! LOL

We'll do some with soy sauce and sesame seeds before the week is out. And some will make it into Spring Rolls or Eggrolls.

Ridgerunner - Usually we do freeze some for use in stir fry or eggrolls during the off season.

Ours were started from transplants. Although, we have direct seeded them in the past.
