Has anyone tried "square foot gardening"???

Thanks all for your input... I am going to adapt it to my garden and time allotment...I did not go out and buy materials called for but substituted compost through out... this is our third year with raised beds and I did the Lasagna method the first year and have been adding compost which has material from our little coop mixed in ever since...I am going to do tomatoes cucumbers squashes sweet potatoes and potatoes in an other area that will be straight line...

Mom..I think that is a good idea to do both methods. This way if one fails you will still get harvest from the other. Or you can compare to see which one does better for you.
