Gus is still producing, even in our record breaking drought and 100+ degree days. We water daily and the size of the tomatoes have gotten smaller, but they are still good.

Joz and Reinbeau, we will start suckers from Gus for our fall garden, thanks for the idea. Gus is still sending up new growth, growing taller and sprawling out all over the place. The lower leaves show yellow and some of the leaves are curled from the heat.

About all that is left in our garden is the tomatoes and onions. Some wild sunflowers came up and I left them to provide some color. They don't have edible seeds, but the bees like them and at least they hide the mostly dead garden.
