Chillin' In The Garden
Here in Kentucky (zone 6) my mother had a huge oak cut down 10 years ago and it was $1,200 and not they didn't take the tree nor grind out the stump (if you grind up the stump compost it and it'll be a great mulch later). As far as hellebores, I have 2, not sure the name, a pink one and a green that turns almost white and then pink tinges. They get burnt up even in morning sun here or will just not bloom so I have mine in shade, gets light but not direct light and they are in bloom now. I need to go and cut back all the old tattered foliage (I do that while its blooming).
