I learn things here all of the time!
I am also a horse owner for the last 32 years. Currently I own two Mountain Horses and a QH. I only owned two horses with scope, a freebee TB and a QH, who unfortunately went blind, (He was a cremollo.)
My mare (1/7 or 35 horses I have owned--I used to teach lessons and I bought and sold a lot at one time) is the sweetest mare I have ever owned. She loves on you when in heat. NO horse can get TOO MUCH Dressage training, IMHO!

Oh, I just saw this! Larka is a Bernese Mountain dog, she'll be two in July.

Alameda is a man made island about 6 miles long. We have 13 marinas and lots of victorian homes. It's still kind of quaint. You're always running into people you know which is nice.
