Help Me Choose

I'd be keeping that first one for my own house, lovely bench! The second I would pick up for the waiting room, fresh coat of paint and a cushion to match your decor would really dress it up. The cushion would keep dog nails from gouging the seat and you could put a slip-cover on it for easy cleaning.

I need more seating in my waiting room, it is a small room. Many clients let their dogs up on the seating. It must hold up to dog nails, and easy to clean any stains. I found 2 benches on CL 1st is antique with a padded seat, seat looks simple enough to change myself. 2nd bench used furniture maybe 20 years old, nothing for dogs to damage. I like antique better but think 2nd hold up better both cheap.View attachment 20964View attachment 20965
Have any extra large clients? They look a bit on the flimsy side.

That's what I was worried about too....old, possibly creaky antiques with repeated usage of possibly large people and dogs may not stand up under it all.
