Help With Plumbing On Fountain

That was the plan Carol to paint base to match fountain. Even used a primer for plastic did not hold up

Was going to try the spray paint that gives a stone look but figured it will not stick long term.

Ooh, plumbers. These guys are heroes but appear to be villains when they whip out their bills drenched in sweat. Heck, but I got to say they give a lot of "free" advice once the job has been completed. Regarding gardens, investing in a rain barrel to harvest rainwater was one of the most helpful tips to make plumbing efficient. Useful stuff, just sharing.
