And, here is @the1honeycomb talking about her potatoes that @Nyboy refers to. She started telling us about it in 2011, I think it was. I'm not saying that you should try it but the entire process is really quite an inspiration.

Thank you! I'll go check out that link!

JF, Do check that your variety works with the plant and fill technique. I found that Yukon Gold did not set tubers on the buried part of the stem as I filed the container although Pontiac did.
That's exactly what I was googling just now! haha
