Beautiful color! Remind me what those blue flowers are in the background- I have them, but I always forget what they are called....

Ummm... lets see...no, not Forget-me-nots....oh yeah! Mountain Bluet, centaurea montana specifically.
I just picked up a pot at the nursery that has almost black blooms. Couldn't resist.

It's a problem for sure.

Thanks, Thistle! I am pretty good at remembering plants that I buy or start from seed- but those were dug out of a friends garden. Moments after I planted them, I forgot what they were called! I get so excited about free plants, I forget all else! That would also explain the 5 or 10 highly invasive things I have growing in my garden....

Wow! Obviously I haven't been on my very favorite forum for a while! Those Iris must love it at your place! What other colors did you end up with besides white and this one?
