Welcome! Never raised mushrooms, but I used to collect wild mushrooms from my Grandfather's property... puffballs, coral mushrooms, and beefsteak mushrooms. I'm fortunate enough to have morel mushrooms growing in my yard, some years there are enough of them to pick a few - but I always leave some to spore.
