A typical day's harvest looks like:

I sure don't want to sound dumb...(I know, waaay too late! ) but what in the world do you do with nearly 4000 pounds of tomatoes?

Process a majority of them into sauces. All my sauces are pretty 'rich'. Here, have some picante sauce (be careful, it's a lil' spicy!!!).

The rest I give to my neighbors & when they have excess of their specialty, they share it with us (honey, eggs, peaches, chickens, etc).

I hate you ALL!!!!!!!! 8-9 months before I get to eat REAL tomatoes...... Oh the misery of it all. Where is a moderator when you need one. I'm going to tell on all of you!

I might be talked into forgiving you with thick salsa recipe. ;)
