How do You Use Ginger ?

I love fresh grated ginger in stir fry! Great in chicken soup too!

It's supposed to be a fantastic antihelmintic, so if you have pets or livestock, you can feed them some grated ginger in their regular feed for deworming. I usually feed some to my chickens and dog each spring, around March.

I really love dried, candied ginger, and often chop that up to add in cookies or like a crumb topping to a peach pie....yum! I also keep some Gin-Gins around the house, a chewy ginger candy.
