Yesterday, I went out for pozole (pork stew). I added shredded cabbage and sliced radishes. I love it!

Yup, Dad taught me that - get (most of) the dirt off & enjoy them w/ a beer!
The seed pods of every variety of radish I've grown have tasted better than the roots. Pick them while they are tender.I never found a good use for radishes, but I see that some people are growing them for the seedpods now. Baker Creek (I think) promoted them last year.
