Well that is a good suggestion, I can put a few more in containers and that way we can have a little more to go around. This year I'm planting 10 zucchini plants, so people laugh at me and say you will have too much. You will have to leave them in peoples cars, etc. I have never grown enough of them to freeze any for winter. We buy them all the time at the store and I had 5 zucchini plants last year. We ate them by the pounds last year, grilled with a little salt, pepper and garlic infused olive oil. Yummy. I was going to try the eggplants that way this year.
I remember one time last year I had 2 grills going so I had enough room for the steaks. I had the large grill filled with zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. mmmmmmm
