Oh. who cares anyway. We can all just go about our business as usual making sure not to make waves like this brave farmer. At least we will be safe and we can all sit on our collective patuties and build a little protective berm around our separate little hovels, plant our little seeds that the missing bees will not be there to pollenate and to heck with the rest of the world. It is all part of gods plan. Funny but I see an appalling look on the faces of all the gods as their works are allowed to perish without so much as a whimper. :/

LadyHawke, I take it you are right there in the courtroom with the farmer, and also his lawyer, working hard to ensure evidence is set before the court.

By your words, I take it to understand that the rest of us doing very little to help, might get in the way of your work looking up every patent law, every court statement and decision about it, all precedent cases, perhaps even some mud to find about the Monsanto lawyers.
