I got a bucket full of freshly picked broccoli today and I need to get it in the freezer asap. I used about 1/4 of it fresh to make a chicken, broccoli, & cheese casserole (which was delicious). I have 3 freezer bags full (2 are going to the MIL) so I have one left that I need to preserve. Blanching, I think, would be easiest for such a small amount. I have no clue to even start.

Any advice would be great!

Stony, if you are going to keep this up, you will want a Food Saver. i got one last year and the only thing wrong with it is Why-didn't-I-get-one-sooner?? I love it, it really makes freezing food so much easier. Do your research and purchase a good one. The cheap little ones aren't worth taking home.
