Mary, that serious tightening around the digitS' to keep the floss from slipping -- that is what you can avoid by having it tied in a circle. The floss can just go around the back of the hands, for example. There is no need to synch it around the digitS'. It's difficult to describe the difference from having the ends loose but I gave it my best shot ...

You're wasting/using a lot of floss if you wrap it around your hand! o_O

*Just to be clear, my dirty gloves never touched the edible portion of avocado. I held it in the shell and ate it with a spoon.

To see my DD turn about dozen different colored was worth it. I wasn't into the septic part yet but it was so funny.....
