I cut down a tree~standing dead~firewood

nice wood~I could make lumber out of this~ but it's firewood we need```

there's a good bit of wood there~can you see Hoviv right side of the log```

Oldest daughter geve her ornewtion (blessing) to cut it down```

look at the wood went~ that'll have to come down too```

the log is over a foot across here but doesn't look it```

If it sits on a round~ won't have to lift it```

I split two rounds~ that's some nice dry wood~ that'll keep the girls warm``` this will burn~ split this size~ I'll burn some tonight to see```
There might be enough in this tree~ together with what is stacked on the decks to be plenty~ through winter```

Hi Mary~ The bar on a chainsaw is that flat cream colored~ (picture) metal that sticks out in front~ the chain is a continuous circle and travels around seated in the grove in the bar``` You need a chainsaw with a bar at least half the width of the tree~ so two cuts will meet~ one from each side of the tree~ or a bar~long enough~ that will cut all the way across```
