I found a kitten! Help?

$200 spay, $80 visit, $15 per vaccine, $25 deworming, $50 flea pill, $45 blood test of one kind, might be other things to test for but IDK what they all test for cats and I think there's something I'm forgetting. Rough prices, might be $5-$20 more for some things or maybe a bit less.
I did find one low cost spay place for $65.
There's 3 vets near us, but they don't differ much in price.

Wow, that's crazy. Dew knows more about what it cost us, but I'm sure it wasn't nearly that much.

MY kitty "bubbles" was is worse shape than that little kitty. She had worms, an infection from a busted mouth, worms and fleas....and most of all HUNGRY!!!! The over all cost was about 200 bucks tops. That was her initial check up then a few weeks later she got spayed. Now she is a healthy happy kitty. Here is a picture of bubbles the cat with me, this is every time I try to use my lap top.

For a cat that got a bath at least 3 times with in 30 minutes you would think she would run away from me. Nope she comes running when she sees me.
