I was not planning on doing a garden this year due to lack of time and space. Needless to say I was pretty bummed. But when I saw TEG had changed their format to something I could actually get around on (I had planned on joining long ago but had trouble with the format) I decided to live off of other peoples gardens until "next year" . But you TEGers convinced me to make time, (jealousy is a good motivater) Thank you TEGers.
And now I HAVE MY SEEDS!!!! here is what I got,
Yellow sweet onions
Red onions
Peas (Alaska wilt resistant)
Broccoli (De Cicco)
Lettuce (great lakes and romaine) I still need iceberg
All of which will be started tomorrow
I also got.....
Cucumbers (straight eight)
Pumpkin (big max)
Tomato (roma)
Cantaloupe ( Hales best jumbo)
watermelon (crimson sweet)
Corn (silver queen)
Sunflowers (mammoth Russian and an assorted pack of vanilla ice,autumn beauty,lemon queen, and evening sun)
In April I will need to get Strawberries
Tomatoes (Beefsteak, and grape) I am still searching for Amish paste and/or campbells (seed or start)
At some point I also need to find yellow finn potatoes for my experiment.
I cant wait to start seeds tomorrow.
