Buy it? Heck no.... Lease it to him. Start date is when he bought it. I see free labor in your future.

Nephew cheap, he was very lazy and never held a job more then a week. I am just happy he is working hard now. He is working 2 jobs, big change for him.

That's very commendable that he is now productive and I'm sure you let him know how proud you are of him. But it's not a good reason for him to take whatever is yours.

Seed has the best idea. In exchange for making money with your tool he can keep your weeds cut. I think that's more than fair.

Nyboy, the machine is yours. You can do what you want with it and what you want about your nephew. For sure he has your number. It seems he has you right where he wants you.

Not a bad thing that you appreciate his new efforts at being a productive citizen. Not a bad thing that he's taking over your tools as long as you realize what's going on and allow it with conscious choice.

That fenced off section above from September, I think I'm going to adjust it. There are bulb flowers and I'm sure those are poisonous to sheep.

If anyone is local and wants to come dig them all up, please do!

I've decided to give up on one side of the front yard. Grass took over with vengeance and it's too expensive to keep up with.
Will be fencing it in for the rams and horses to go in and eat it all down.
