Chillin' In The Garden
Check out www.northerngreenhouse.com, under "Bob's projects and ideas". He uses tires in creative ways and discusses their safety, though not in more detail already touched on. He gives potato tower directions, raised bed plans, and mulch paths using tires (for stability?) He has interesting greenhouse ideas too. I'm always trying to figure out better designs, so I love reading what other people do.
