I just returned from Negril, JA and absolutely loved their Callaloo.

Is there a place where I can purchase seeds? Also is it too late to plant seeds this year in NC. If it is too late, wil the seeds save until next year stored in the freezer? I keep okra seeds year after year and they just grow and product a abundance of pods.

I think I've seen callaloo amaranth on a couple websites for seed companies. going by memory, but seems like baker creek seeds and bountiful harvest has them.

use google to find things. that one would be
callaloo, amaranth, seed
or some variation of that.

Depends on where you are in NC! I'm over on the southern coast, so I have a little bit longer season than vfem, who lives up by Raleigh, tho not MUCH longer, but maybe by a week or two.
It also depends on what you're trying to grow! Is it too late to start lettuce, more than likely. Is it too late to plant cucumbers, nah!
