This is so true. The guy that installed and maintains our central heating is outstanding. He is not only an expert at what he does but has the manners of a southern gentleman which over here is rare. I told the owner he better treat him well so that he won't lose him. In another conversation I mentioned the $700 set of tools that "Cody" had said he would love to have one day. Guess what Cody got for Christmas? Seventeen years later, Cody is still there even though the company has since sold.
