I need advice to plant fall Potatoes!

Go for it Nate. What's the worst that could happen? Crop failure? Success? A bountiful harvest? Dunno until you try. I have 3 beds full of sweet potatoes that started from 2 store bought sweet potatoes and I kept cutting slips from the slips I planted. Plant 'em and let us know how it all goes.
