Its good to have a goal and I'm sure you could I'd just be reluctant to put up a lot of money on something probably fairly fragile to learn on. Like I said start out simple with the plan of having them in the future.
no I have never grown orchids...i have never grown anything till last month when i planted some seeds that are pictured in my other post...so its all very very new to me still :) but yes..i wouldnt want to spend alot of money on an expensive flower... thats why
im starting with wildflowers and easy to grow flowers...so i can learn all the basics :)

I asked Hayley if she'd ever seen the Fly Duck Orchid in or around Sydney and she hasn't.

i will wait till all my current seedlings are planted, potted, or given away before I start anymore... but then I will get everyones opinion of different seeds to try out
