Thanks, HiD! Isnt that the truth? I couldnt go swimming or anything, its horrible. I still havent gone swimming, and probably wont for a while since Im congested. I still dont have much of an appetite either, but Im feeling better.

hey swimming is good for your congestion ..ask your doctor and see if he/she thinks you can go ..

I actually rec it to people with kids and snotty noses ..to swim because it flushes everything out!

especailly if you live near salt water your sinus's will love the saline flush and it will help you get better!
