That pretty little blue flower is a weed here. Commonly called Asiatic dayflower.

We have chickens for the 1st time. Those are hubbies in this weeks POW. Unfortunately the rooster has died. (Heat I think) We have a VERY big garden. Everything except the kitchen sink and sweet corn!

CarolDee-Saying the word raccoon is followed by a stream of curse words around here. With the heat and humidity we have I put a fan in the barn and a kiddy pool in their run to stand in to cool them off. Sorry you lost your rooster.
