I don't have any pics but a couple years ago I built a heater box for my truck with cardboard and DT.

I had a fire under the dash which melted the plastic box that encloses the blower motor. It was a major undertaking to remove the dash and access the damaged parts and it was winter. Instead of trying to do it in the cold, I removed all the melted plastic and the blower. I got some heavy cardboard and DT and built a box around the heater core. I then bought a 400W inverter and a 6" 120V fan. I mounted the fan to the cardboard with DT, plugged it into the inverter which was plugged into the cig lighter. By turning on the inverter I was able to blow air across the heater core and up into the ductwork that wasn't damaged in the fire. It kept the windshield clear and me warm for the rest of the winter.

Here is a photo of the boot/brace I wear on my left foot. The duct tape is placed over the places holes have worn through the leather at friction points. It looks like time to add more. Hard to believe how quickly something so expensive wore out so fast. :(

On BYH, a member has a post about having to dehorn her goat. Incredibly, the goat actually sharpened her horns to a razor point. She became a danger to the other goats she did not like, so the difficult decision was made. The post contains graphic shots ot the dehorning, so don't go look at it if you can't stomach it. But for the healing process, bandages and all, the goat's head is wrapped in...... what else? DUCT TAPE!
I asked for and received permission to post the pics here.

If you wish to see the shanks this little girl was sharpening, here is a link to the post. The graphic pictures start on page 2, so if you can't stand it, don't go there.

Thank you to Southern by choice of BYH for letting us see the duct taped Crown of Glory worn by her goat!

Hey, that animal print duct tape looks very fashionable on there. You could change out the tape according to the season.

She looks stylish, add a ductape brim, and flower and she's ready to go to town.

Taping your goat back together, now that's original! Love the funky custom "hats" she's wearing. I read all about her de-horning surgery. Eek. I see why they would only do it in extreme cases. For all of the meat I have butchered over the years, that sight grossed out even me! :sick
