Here is the lineup on top of my kitchen cabinets. They are getting heavy. Hope I do not pull them off the wall! These are taken out to front or back porch for the summer and winter over indoors. The kitchen has 2 sky lights and a 14 foot peek.

Left to Right. Scheflira (sp?) Mother In Law's tounge, peace lilly, another Sheflira and the Christmas cactus. Two shamrocks on top of refrigerator.

They look very happy up there Carol Dee! And your Christmas cactus is blooming in time for Christmas. :)

That does look like quite a load! I have a lot of old antique-y mixing bowls and other favorite things on top of mine, probably pretty close to as heavy as a plant. I'm glad this isn't earthquake country!

I have a Meyer lemon tree named Alex that I keep dragging in and out. Also 3 pots of Aloe Vera and my white blackberry named Mary. Alex got aphids and I sprayed him down good with insectidal soap. Aphids! in DECEMBER? :tongue

I have empty spaces on top of the cabinets in our new house. I just always looked at those spaces as dust catchers. (climbing around on the counter tops, painting the walls above them, proved this to be true)
