this morning spent time trimming all the dead leafs, carefully removed the plants it will be a miracle if they survive only one of them had decent roots. pinched off one of the philodendrons hopefully it will start making roots too plant at a late date.
after a good watering raised the light as high as it would go, couple of them looks a bit shocky so removed 2 of the bulbs of that does not help will take out 2 more. now it's a waiting game...

Any plants that I put in ceramic pots such as yours, all end up dying. They have drainage holes so should be fine, not they are not.

I agree Cat I plant in a plastic pot then put pot in ceramic pot.

forgot all about this thread..... yes the plants came back to life, took it back to work , she killed them..... got a free pot out of the deal....
