Internship..

I just graduated from Culinary school, and now my mission is to find a bakery to do my internship. I actually have pictures of a cake me and my class had to make, i'll try to post pics this week. I've called soo many places in my area and not one has yet to say that i could intern there. I'm getting real worried because i have to find a place by Wednesday. I might just call the school and tell them what i should do. Hopefully i'll find a place soon, its driving me crazy!!

Thanks lesa , i hope so too . I'm thinking after the internship to start my own business at home, sounds hard but i might try it.

Best of luck finding a position! Mhhh... bakeries always smell sooooo good, what a wonderful place to work!
What kind of business do you want to start? Cake-making? Around here, wedding cake makers do pretty well, this is one of the top spots for destination weddings in the USA.

Oh, and that cake looks great. What flavor? We had a bananas foster cake at our wedding and it was still the best wedding cake I have EVER had. No wedding cake at any wedding I've been to has come even remotely close. People still talk about our wedding cake three years later!
