Is This Safe ?

Seed, if they cook me properly will it be safe to eat even if I am rabid? I wouldn't want to hurt anybody.

I was very surprised to learn dog is also eaten in Switzerland. I thought it was a Asian dish.

One of my wife's co-workers comes from Viet Nam... she said that dog is served there all the time. Her S. Korean and Cambodian friends said that dog is on their table fare. So, Yes dog is an Asian Dish. By the way, my family and I have eaten horse meat while we were fleeing from the red army. my father's horse was fataly shot by one of their soldiers, so he cut off whatever meat he could carry and we ate raw horse meat as building a fire was out of the question. After a couple days later, he built a fire and we ate the horse meat roasted over the open camp fire.
