Oh Vfem...I feel so bad for you. That's why I don't do too much online shopping..because I HATE to pay such high shipping costs! You usually pay shipping one way and shipping to return something. I order my DE from them and had no problems, but I think I ordered it via phone.

Since you are getting nowhere by calling, I would write a letter to the owner/company. I've also heard of people who write/call their local television station who have persons who resolve customer's issues. Is there someone who's attention you could get? Just a thought.

Ok, I got a call back from them yesterday. Of course the manager apologized and said it never takes 2-3 weeks to call anyone... and he's just shocked someone would say that to customer!

They didn't even charge me for the package, but they want me to send it back anyways, and they are sending me a prepaid fedex sticker for me to drop it off in town. Though I just realized I don't know where to drop off a fedex package to go back. Then again I think its weird they credit me for it... and now I have to return it??

Strange!

Anyways... I don't know how I feel about the company as a whole I'm mad still.

You would think since it was their mistake, they would just take it off your bill and tell you to keep the stuff. That's what eggcartons.com did for me and then they send me the correct item. She said it wouldn't be worth shipping it back!

Well, they sent me a return slip for FedEx... prepaid to return the items even though the charge has been taken care of I do believe!?

I will see what I feel like doing.... :/
