That's a nice hutch. Looks like cedar siding and has a nice roof. I think the price is steep. DH built an 8'x16' horse shelter, metal siding , metal roof, and plywood sheathing on the interior for $700. That was 12 years ago, but last year he built an 8'x12' for the little guys for $500. Both of them were completely put together with screws, there's not a single nail in them. Of course I didn't pay him for labor, but he does get the pleasure of my charming company.

A glass floor in a rabbit hutch is strange...

I don't think that hutch is too overpriced. A similar chicken coop goes for that much around here.

If I was to pay that much for a chicken coop ... the hens would have to lay a solid golden egg 365 days a year.
