What's comical is to see gang bangers wearing droopy drawers and untied sneakers with the laces flapping. Not a good costume if you're running from the cops.
If I were in their position I'd wear a running suit and laced up high top sneakers.

I imagine the store has had problems with them shoplifting! (or stalling sales by ruining people's appetites...)

It's been awhile since I've seen a kid around here wearing their pants like that. I guess not everyone has gotten the message that that fad is out now. The one I couldn't figure out was the skater boys with the really wide flared legs on their jeans. Like it was almost a split skirt! (Come to think of it, they sagged those too!)

I know a lot of stores that won't allow it, mainly because big baggy pants are easy to shop lift with. But they ain't pretty to look at either!
