Our kitty had her kittens yesterday afternoon. Of course she had to to do it in my clean laundry basket, but that's a cat for you.

Here are the 6 kittens. I managed to get a picture when mama went out to potty and get something to eat.

And here is mama nursing them. She did great for her first litter and is taking good care of the babies.

Future Gophergitters?

I've never seen a gopher here, maybe we can train them to catch armadillos. They are nasty creatures and they are carriers of leprosy...yuck.
