Every time I go to order something from the pharmacy the Wildbunch all decide that's the moment to argue or start yelling at a ballgame on TV and I can't hear. I tried to do it online which was easy until last month and it decided it didn't remember my username or password.
Last month my children's insurance was dropped because I didn't fill out the paperwork that I didn't get in the mail. I tried to re-enroll online for a week straight, then called twice and then finally they sent me the wrong paperwork so I went to their office and they sent me a letter saying they were considering my husbands and my request for insurance...
What! My kids are still without insurance and I am threatening their lives (yes, I see the irony) every time they do something stupid like do wheelies on their bikes in the highway or climb a tree.
