Sounds like fun! There are a lot of new colors in vegetables now, I have Purple Haze carrots that are purplish on the outside and orangey
inside. You could really make an unusual looking meal with "normal" vegetables in ..er...abnormal colors!

Last year at school I was eating some of those carrots raw. Someone asked where I got the chocolate covered carrots! One year at Thanksgiving I made blue mashed potatoes. Hubby and I thought it was a hoot but, my father-in-law and mom were not as impressed.
