The green beans, onions and broccoli look especially fabulous! What a harvest! I am hungry just looking at all that!

Thanks! I will store what I don't use in salsas, tomato sauces, stews, and soups.

Last year at school I was eating some of those carrots raw. Someone asked where I got the chocolate covered carrots! One year at Thanksgiving I made blue mashed potatoes. Hubby and I thought it was a hoot but, my father-in-law and mom were not as impressed. :D
