You should really try some kraut, Mary. So tasty and pull of probiotics! We're having rice with burger and kraut mixed in it for dinner, yum yum.

Lucky, thanks for posting how to make it. Now to persuade ma to run to Wayne's Country market for some cabbage. Does it make a difference if the cabbage is red or green?
