Wow, I never even thought of that. I will start saving them. I am very new to saving seeds. Can you give me any tips? Last year I saved the seeds from a store bought dumpling squash and planted them. It grew nicely. All I did was rinse and let them dry on a paper towel. Does that sound about right?

That sounds right.

I use coffee filters though because hubby and son seem to always use up the paper towels
