Cat I am very lucky, I am in the middle of NY wealthest area. Most of my clients
have 3 or 4 homes, many own their own planes.

Nice for those "wealthy" people with their 3, 4 homes & planes But ... I am sure they envy me with my rebuilt garage (aka Gartenhaus), new toolbox (Christmas from Hubby)
Plus, I have a pink bicycle. Life Is Good!

OMG. How did you ever afford a place to live there? Nice cliental.Is that Westchester county? I had relatives there when I was little-not among the wealthy. They are long gone now. My community is wealthy though not at that level-I don't think. I find the more money they have the more thrifty they are.
