When either of my 2 were in college I would have gladly given them to anyone who wanted to foot their college bills.

Tried accusing my neighbor's as being the father but none would take credit.....plus they carry my mothers ankles, so I couldn't win....

i don't think it's a matter of legality, i think it is more of something to do with the contract between the supplier of the card machine & the business owner that they aren't to be advertising a minimum set amount.

We were on the outskirts of the bay area buying a water trough to plant my blueberries in. It didn't have a price, so when I asked guy gave me a cash price and a debit card price. Fortunately my husband had $100 so I was able to pay cash and save $10.

Gas stations do it all the time. They have a price per gallon for cash and a higher PPG for credit or debit.
