Losing flowers on zucchini plants

What you do think about the discolored leaves on my plant in the big, blue pot? Advice?

Thanks. I planted them in compost, but it's a really good suggestion, anyway bc we have glacial topsoil with clay underneath, and if you don't amend the soil here it can get rock hard! I think I see two female blossoms. YOU know how it is..."watched pot" and a "watched zucchini plant." =b

They look BEAUTIFUL! I was eating zuchini every day I just love it saute in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
