Problem is car keys now have a chip, you just can't get car keys made anywhere any more. Still have not found
I believe it is the one that starts the engine. DH had a spare cut to open the door. If the keys are locked in the car he has one that will open the door in his wallet!Hummm.... which of my keys is supposed to have a chip? The one that opens the door or the one that starts the engine?
(old trucks rock .. as long as they are running)
Oh my, oh my oh may...Problem is car keys now have a chip, you just can't get car keys made anywhere any more. Still have not found
AAA used to provide a plastic key to keep in your wallet. It only opened the door. Never had to use it but they stopped doing that. That's too bad cause I thought it was a great idea.I believe it is the one that starts the engine. DH had a spare cut to open the door. It was, DH had one cut since they did not provide it. At least you could get into vehicle if you locked keys in it. (Unless you do as I did and lock keys, purse/wallet and phone in it!)AAA used to provide a plastic key to keep in your wallet. It only opened the door.
