Maple tree Budding.

Just looked out today and one of our Maple tree's is covered in buds. Yesterday it just looked dormant. WOW what a transformation. I see several other starting to wake up as well. I just hope we don't get any really cold spells now.

Isn't nature the coolest! I can really tell my trees have budded out, too. Nothing warms my heart quite so much! I picked up an ornamental pear at Home Depot a few years ago for 7 bucks. I love that tree. It is the first to bloom- covered in white flowers, then it is last to loose its leaves in the fall and it has adorable berries on it for the winter! The buds are swelling, as we speak. Yeah, spring!!
