mashed sweet potatoes for sweet potato pie

I have an excellent recipe for sweet potato pie. I've been making this one for about 20 years and everyone just loves it!

Sweet Potato Pie

Best sweet potato pie ever!!
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
Dash Salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon allspice
teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream
3 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 unbaked 10" pie shell
Beat egg well, add sugar, salt & spices, and mix thoroughly. Add cream & stir. Add mashed potatoes & mix thoroughly. Turn into pie shell and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
Servings/Yield: 10 servings
