I have all this sweetcorn ...

Cornbread with whole kernel corn ...

I've got it on TEG somewhere as "Mexican" but it's a real dessert bread with lots of eggs and no peppers. If we hadn't made carrot cake today ... well, why not? It would be nice for breakfast tomorrow :).

And, how about chocolate cornbread?

I learned to poach an egg by nuking. Tastes good and super fast.

Toss up the 'brownie in a cup' recipe. We've got new members who might appreciate the chocolate delight.

Not for me, of course, but I like my friends to be happy and if chocolate helps......

I've had something like this chocolate/black bean muffin ..

. and, I can't remember what it was. It was probably some snack from a health food store.

It's encouraging, for this chocolate aficionado, that the kids can't taste the black beans.
