That drop of moisture on one leaf, no doubt that was sweat. Going for a record high today of 94F according to the Weather Service! That would beak the previous record by 7!!

Earlier direct-seeded plants are trying to bolt but this transplanted bok choy is just growing! The Guy Lon across the path is doing fine, too!

It is usually stir-fried here at home. Or, it may go in with noodles.

Folks who purchase it at the farmers' market might put it on the grill. Others may use it as a salad ingredient. Others make chow mein at home with bok choy.

I think it is best stir-fried but noticed that there was some in my egg drop soup I had from the Vietnamese restaurant today :). I think it is a very easy and useful garden vegetable.
